Job summary

Cricut is seeking a Strategy & Business Director to lead Cricut Creative Labs, expanding digital tools and content platforms for our subscriber base. You will own analytics, finance, marketing, and content strategy, partnering with Product and Engineering to grow the business.

In a startup-velocity environment within Cricut’s scale, you’ll build roadmaps, align teams, and drive aggressive KPIs for subscriber adoption and monetization, while ensuring market-leading experiences across crafting

Qualifications

Experience leading a seed-stage initiative or startup, including managing a P&L and a dedicated budget.
Ability to analyze market opportunities, define an approach to tackle the opportunity across product, marketing, and content.
Experience scaling a product and leading the go-to-market strategy with growth opportunities.
Strong analytical skills to define core metrics and build business cases for new categories.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end roadmap for a group of creative tools, focusing on top user categories for market-leading experiences.
Direct an independent cross-functional team to move quickly and deliver assets outside the traditional codebase.
Drive subscriber growth and monetization through analytics, finance, marketing, and content strategy.
Develop tools and systems to support the content library and designer needs.
