Job summary

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role, you must have a bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years of related work experience.
• Experience leading business strategy development in banking, capital markets, payments, wealth management, or asset management.
• Experience managing M&A strategic diligence projects in complex environments.
• Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication in a professional environment.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You must reside in or be commutable to the office location. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and engagements; translate client needs into tasks and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day problem solving and team analytical activities; liaison between team and leadership.
• Contribute to developing long-term strategies, evaluating potential acquisitions, and market expansion.
