EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group seeks a Director to lead innovative engagements, turning client challenges into clear, actionable tasks and deliverables. You’ll drive day-to-day problem solving, lead a dynamic team, and bridge consultants, partners, and clients.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, client advisory experience, and the ability to travel when needed while contributing to AI-enabled, software-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience or a graduate degree with ~3 years.
• Ability to assess industry dynamics, markets, and opportunities.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work longer hours when needed.
• Residence or commutable distance to office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements, framing key hypotheses and issues for workstreams.
• Direct day-to-day problem solving, guiding a dynamic team, and client liaison.
• Act as a knowledge resource and drive practice-building activities.
