Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting and financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for data-driven presentations.
• Experience delivering operating model and process transformation across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Experience working with Technology teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs in a global matrix.
• Develop hypotheses and drive data-driven solutions for complex problems.
• Define program requirements, objectives, and plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sponsors, and business partners.
• Mentor junior staff and build reusable knowledge for the team.
