Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President in Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution (PACE) to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. The role partners with senior business leaders to define strategy, establish governance, and drive end-to-end delivery across operating models and processes.

Based in a hybrid setting with global teams, the role emphasizes measurable business value, risk management, and continuous improvement through Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Formación

• 14+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end programs in financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience advising and leading operating model and process transformation programs within financial services.
• Demonstrated experience guiding delivery with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor program managers on high-risk, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end program transformation initiatives across operating model and processes.
• Establish program governance with detailed plans, backlogs, and user stories.
• Lead scoping, design and execution of target operating models; develop business cases and roadmaps.
• Partner with business and Technology to oversee delivery and align solutions to requirements.
• Drive risk management and executive status reporting to mitigate issues.
• Act as strategic partner to senior leaders and manage expectations.
• Leverage Agile, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and operating models.
• Mentor and coach team members to peak performance.
• Champion continuous improvement and faster time-to-market.
• Proactively identify and manage program risks.
