Citi Belfast is seeking a Vice President, Program Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives across Markets Operations. You will drive program delivery with strong project management, business analysis, and process engineering skills, partnering with global operations and technology teams to reduce risk and improve controls.

Qualifications

• Significant transformation program experience in a large financial services firm.
• Exceptional program management skills with certifications (Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Prince2, PMP) desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills with documentation.
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, develop plans, track deliverables, and manage stakeholders.
• Define program scope, ensure requirements are strategic and documented with business case and KPIs.
• Communicate status, issues, resolutions, and risks to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders as SME for leaders and teams.
• Implement best practices to standardize processes, controls, and workflows globally.
• Lead issue identification and resolution across workstreams.
• Support testing and operational readiness throughout the program lifecycle.
• Facilitate change to reduce Citi's risk profile and comply with PM standards.
