Job summary

Citi is seeking a Strategic Business Execution Lead, SVP, reporting to the Head of Business Execution. You will drive executive governance, financial oversight, and cross-functional operations across Finance, HR, Risk, Marketing, and Technology from the Schaumburg, IL area.

You will translate complex financial and operational data into strategic recommendations and executive communications, partnering with senior leaders to deliver key priorities in a hybrid office setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services focused on business management or strategic execution.
• Experience managing complex, global initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, forecasting.
• Translate financial data into compelling executive decks.
• Proven ability to work in diverse teams and high-pressure environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication; adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish MORs, QBRs, and leadership forums.
• Design high-impact executive offsites for leadership alignment.
• Author briefing decks and leadership presentations.
• Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting in partnership with Finance.
• Identify cost optimization and productivity opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional program delivery across Marketing, Risk, Ops, Tech.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and data integrity across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and operational processes.
