Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Principal, Strategy and Transformation to advance Risk strategy and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role requires translating priorities into actionable plans, coordinating risk workstreams, and delivering executive-ready updates across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to ensure risk requirements are integrated into broader programs, with a high degree of autonomy and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Typically 15 years of experience or portfolio aligned with role responsibilities.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Experience establishing governance, integrated workplans, milestones, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities with ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Risk strategy and cross-functional enterprise programs, representing Risk in planning, design, development, and execution.
• Translate program objectives into an integrated Risk workplan with deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners, and success measures.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and reporting to support execution.
• Coordinate activities across Risk teams and business partners to align requirements, decisions, and deliverables.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
• Partner with leaders to resolve competing priorities and maintain alignment on outcomes.
