Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Senior Leader for the Principal, Strategy and Transformation role in Phoenix/remote-friendly locations. The position focuses on advancing risk strategy, shaping cross-functional programs, and aligning execution with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Program Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 15 years of experience or portfolio.
• Experience in risk management, enterprise or functional strategy, strategic program leadership, or transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Experience establishing program governance, integrated workplans, milestones, dependencies, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and Risk priorities into strategic roadmaps, initiatives, and execution plans.
• Lead the Risk workstream for large, cross-functional enterprise programs from planning to execution.
• Define governance, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and reporting mechanisms for risk programs.
• Coordinate activities across Risk teams and partners to ensure alignment with broader program plans.
• Identify execution risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate for senior leadership decisions.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
