Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution practice seeks Senior Associates/Consultants to identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues, develop work plans, and lead case teams. You’ll work on growth strategies, due diligence, market assessments, and cost optimization, with opportunities for immediate management responsibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant work experience, or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or quantitative research.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers for risks and opportunities.
• Proficient in English in written and spoken professional settings.
• Strong organization and time management; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must reside in or travel to a commutable distance to the office.
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze client’s strategic issues, develop work plans, design analyses, synthesize conclusions, and lead team.
• Work on growth strategies, due diligence, market targets, new markets, cost reduction, and change implementation.
• Possess immediate management responsibility when appropriate.
