• Design and execute in-depth interview guides with stakeholders and customers.
• Analyze business plans and pro-forma models to identify key drivers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues and develop work plans.
• Conduct analyses and synthesize conclusions while guiding case team members.
• Work on growth strategies, due diligence, and market attractiveness assessments.
• Assist in implementing change and managing client engagements.
