Job summary
El Camino Health in Mountain View, CA seeks a Senior Director of Strategy to lead strategic planning and performance initiatives. You will advise the CEO, collaborate with executive leaders, and guide long-range goals that align with our mission and financial objectives.
You will oversee analytics for strategy deployment, develop dashboards and scorecards, and translate data into actionable plans, driving growth and operational excellence across service lines.
Qualifications
- Five or more years’ experience in strategy, market analysis and/or business development of large, complex programs and/or services.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to perform quantitative and qualitative research.
- Ability to explore a diverse array of health topics and distill key messages for presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develops strategic plans and supports implementation of strategic programs.
- Oversees analytics for strategic planning and strategy deployment.
- Leads development and use of tools to facilitate strategy development and decision-making.
- Partners with leaders to translate strategy goals into actions and measurable targets.
- Leads creation of annual planning materials, strategy reviews and leadership communications.
- Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to plan performance improvement activities.
