Job summary
El Camino Health, located in Mountain View, California, seeks a Sr. Director of Decision Support & Business Analytics to lead financial modeling, BI, and advanced analytics. This executive will drive AI-enabled decisions, report to the CFO, and shape enterprise analytics across the organization.
The role requires a healthcare finance and analytics leader with a strong executive presence, vision, and change leadership to foster engagement and adoption of new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business analytics and financial planning.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and enterprise oversight of financial modeling, BI, decision support, and advanced analytics.
- Report to the Chief Financial Officer and guide AI-enabled analytics transformations.
- Translate complex data into meaningful strategic insights for executive decision-making.
- Lead teams through change with engagement and adoption of new technologies.
