Job summary

Brunswick’s Mercury Marine division seeks a Director of Strategy to transform long-term growth and profitability. Based in Fond Du Lac, WI, you’ll shape portfolio strategy, lead cross-functional planning, and drive value creation across brands and geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required; MBA preferred.
Experience with multi-national organizations and P&L management.
Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into concise insights.
Track record of delivering growth initiatives and change programs.
Ability to influence at senior levels and across functions.

Responsibilities

Shape long-term vision, growth and profitability across Mercury portfolio and geographies.
Lead strategic planning, portfolio and technology optimization, and due diligence.
Collaborate with regional, category, and functional leaders to drive initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities including M&A and joint ventures and coordinate deal analyses.
Provide leadership with rigorously researched recommendations and executable plans.
