Brunswick Corporation’s Mercury Racing facility in Fond du Lac, WI seeks a senior Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manufacturing engineering, and long-term growth aligning with strategic goals. Lead safety, quality, and a high-performance culture while building a strong team.

You will collaborate with senior management to drive capacity plans, cost controls, and process improvements across the plant, ensuring exceptional product quality and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or business.
• 7 to 10 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and business objectives.
• Knowledge of coatings, machining and assembly processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and budget management experience.
• Ability to develop talent and manage safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and develop tools/processes for continuous improvement.
• Champion safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive productivity, reduce costs, and meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to project financial results.
• Develop capital spending plans for process improvements and new products.
• Lead talent development and performance reviews.
• Direct management to maintain product quality.
• Foster teamwork and recruit key roles.
