Brunswick, a global marine leader based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead Mercury Racing operations and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the facility.

The role oversees production, manufacturing engineering, and capacity planning, partnering with senior leadership to execute strategic objectives and build a high-performance team committed to results and responsible growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or business.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience with managerial responsibility.
• Proven track record in achieving operational and business objectives.
• Budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Understanding of coatings, machining and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety compliance and a culture of accountability.
• Direct production, manufacturing engineering and related functions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to project financial results.
• Develop and execute capital spending for process improvements and new products.
