The role shapes sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and risk management to deliver cost leadership and resilience.

Required is 15+ years in global procurement leadership, strong executive presence, and experience driving multi-brand supply chains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global procurement and supply chain.
• Experience leading global teams and multi-tier supplier networks.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier quality, logistics, and risk management.
• Proven ability to deliver cost, quality, service, working capital and supply continuity results.
• Executive negotiation, contracting, and total cost of ownership proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead global category and sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and risk.
• Own supplier selection, contracting, and total cost management.
• Drive cost reduction, avoid costs, and meet product cost objectives.
• Establish supplier governance, qualification, and scorecards.
• Oversee procurement operations, logistics, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Partner with Brunswick divisions to deliver business results.
