Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking an Associate in Strategy & Development to partner with senior leaders on strategic decisions and capital projects. You will analyze performance, support acquisitions, and contribute to growth initiatives across our hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and assisting debt financing while maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders and boards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; investment banking, consulting or CRE background preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Financial Planning: collaborate with senior leaders on strategic decisions and present updates.
• New Hotel Development & Acquisitions: evaluate investments, perform due diligence and valuations.
• Corporate Finance: assist debt financing and monthly reporting on investments and leverage.
