Job summary

Loews Hotels, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Strategy & Development team in New York. This role supports investments in acquisitions and new hotel developments, performs strategic and quantitative analyses, and assists in corporate finance activities.

You will partner with senior executives and work across corporate strategy, divestitures, and other special projects. The role reports to the Senior Director, Strategy & Development and involves analyzing markets,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience; prior investment banking preferred.
• Financial modeling skill preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and guests in a professional manner.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior executives on major strategic decisions and special projects.
• Develop compelling presentations to communicate strategic updates.
• Analyze and track performance of properties and the Company.
• Support communications with the Board of Directors and with Loews Corporation.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities for Loews Hotels & Co.
• Coordinate with partners and other key stakeholders.
• Cover transactions from deal sourcing through execution, approval, and opening.
• Analyze opportunities for debt financing at new hotel projects and for the existing portfolio.
