Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co Home Office is seeking an Operations Analyst to support property-level and organizational performance through analysis, research, and development of materials and procedures.

The role reports to the Vice President, Operations and involves enhancing processes, driving efficiency, and leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions across the network in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis, research, and development of materials and procedures to improve property-level and organizational performance.
• Support continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Leverage analytics to inform and determine best courses of action across the Loews network.
• Maintain and update operations communications and dashboards to share metrics and initiatives.
• Coordinate and monitor projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Provide proactive analysis to support decision-making for Home Office and field leadership.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance performance and guest experience.
