Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of investment banking or corporate development experience.
Strong quantitative, financial modeling and analytical skills required.
Financial services and/or asset management experience preferred.
Interest in corporate development and ability to work with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models.
Prepare presentations, analyses and recommendations for senior management.
Collaborate with internal partners and external advisors (banks, accountants, consultants, lawyers) on growth initiatives.
Support planning and implementation of new lines of business and key transactions.
Become an expert on Golub Capital and the alternative investment industry; monitor market trends.
