MoonPay is hiring a Lead, Strategy & Corporate Development to partner with the SVP, Strategy and Investments Development and drive MoonPay’s top strategic initiatives. The role blends strategy, operations, and corporate development to translate priorities into concrete plans and measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex programs, and push for execution while balancing ambiguity with structured decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in investment banking, ideally in a TMT or FIG coverage group, with IPO execution experience.
• Exceptional operator who can bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive outcomes.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment with the ability to connect initiatives to company objectives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and coordinating complex work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead high-priority strategic and cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution.
• Support corporate development priorities including strategic transactions, partnerships, investments.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, resolve blockers, and ensure progress.
• Build and improve operating cadences, prioritisation, planning, and tracking against objectives.
• Develop strategic analyses and materials to enable senior leadership decisions.
