Job summary

SCOR in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an analyst to provide operational support for the Strategy & Business Intelligence team, including data assembly, analysis, reconciliation and reporting of new business financials, and support for strategy and client-facing objectives. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office and 2 days remote; relocation assistance within the U.S.

is available; salary range $22.00-$24.00 hourly; candidates must have valid authorization to work

Qualifications

• Undergraduate business track, preferably Risk Management, Economics or Finance.
• Prior work experience in financial services a plus.
• Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial or Economics background.
• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft tools and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Client Solutions and Strategy teams to ensure the objectives of a given assignment are clear
• Ensure the objectives of assigned tasks are achieved with a high degree of quality
• Create and maintain datasets, meeting documentation and new business analysis as needed
• Participate in team meetings such as the daily stand-up and sprint retrospectives
• Provide weekly status updates to the hiring manager
• Other duties as required
