You will build financial models, analyze trends, and partner with leaders to shape strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes accuracy, stakeholder communication, and process improvements, with a Hybrid-Flex work model from our Durham headquarters and flexible remote options.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience; 7+ years if no degree.
• Experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
• Healthcare cost forecasting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, analyze, and present complex financial forecasts, budgets, and plans with historical performance.
• Analyze financial performance, expenses, profitability, rate of return, and trends to identify risks.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned business units with projected revenue and expenses.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and provide insights to leaders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with leaders as a financial advisor on performance and initiatives.
• Support financial analysis for new products and corporate initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other financial analysts.
