Job summary

King & Sykes is seeking 3 Strategy Associates in Dallas to join a high-visibility strategy team. You’ll tackle corporate and growth strategy, market outlook, planning, operating model design and some corporate development, reporting to senior leadership from week one.

There is no offshore team; you’ll own the analysis, form the view, and drive results quickly. After ~18 months, associates can become strategy leads within a business unit, with equity on the package.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years at MBB, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Bain, Deloitte S&O, A&M or comparable firm.
• 1 to 2 years out of undergrad with 1 to 2 years of consulting will also be considered.
• Strong structured problem-solving is the one non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate and growth strategy, market outlook, planning, operating model design and some corporate development.
• Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership from week one.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and measurable results.
