King & Sykes, a PE-backed energy and infrastructure business, seeks 3 Strategy Associates in Dallas to join a fast-moving, hands-on Strategy team. You will own analyses across corporate and growth strategy, market outlook, planning, operating model design and some corporate development, working directly with the CEO and senior leaders from week one.

There is no offshore team; you’ll build insights quickly, with speed valued over polish.

Formación

• Strong structured problem-solving is the non-negotiable requirement.
• 2 to 4 years at MBB, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Bain, Deloitte S&O, A&M or comparable firms.
• 1 to 2 years out of undergrad with 1 to 2 years of consulting will also be considered.

We are retained by a PE-backed energy and infrastructure business in Dallas to hire 3 Strategy Associates.

The role

The highly visible Strategy team works as the company's problem-solving unit. Anything that doesn't sit inside a functional team lands with you: corporate and growth strategy, market outlook, planning, operating model design and some corporate development. You work directly with the CEO and senior leadership from week one.

There is no research desk and no offshore team. You build the analysis, you form the view, and you stand behind it. Speed is valued above polish, and a good answer this week beats a perfect one next month. After roughly 18 months, associates can embed into a business unit as its strategy lead.

Some seats lean towards pure strategy. Others sit between the business and an in-house development team, learning a function deeply and then designing and automating the tools it needs. The company builds its own software and expects its strategy team to be fluent in it.

Who we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years at MBB, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Bain, Deloitte S&O, A&M or a comparable firm
• 1 to 2 years out of undergrad with 1 to 2 years of consulting will also be considered
• Strong structured problem-solving is the one non-negotiable
• No energy experience required
• Curiosity about AI and building tools is a real advantage

The package

Up to $150k base, 40 to 50% target bonus and equity. Dallas, in office.
