The Position: As the Network Inventory Operations Lead, you will define and execute strategies and processes supporting our SaaS products (Network Inventory and Bill Consolidation). We seek a driven, product-oriented individual passionate about building customer relationships and delivering excellent user experiences. You will report to our Head of Operations and collaborate closely with sales and product leadership.

This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive cash and equity compensation, with a base salary ranging from $115K to $130K depending on experience and fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own strategies and processes to support and scale Lightyear’s Network Inventory product, including onboarding, operations, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on platform configurations to meet customer use cases and business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Sales to deliver Lightyear software.
• Synthesize customer feedback with product leadership to drive new features.
• Define and monitor team and individual KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Manage junior team members to execute activities and meet key metrics.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a management consultant, investment banker, or in a product operations role at a consumer or enterprise software company.
• Strong problem structuring and communication skills for ambiguous challenges.
• Excellent organization and people management skills, including setting KPIs, accountability, and influencing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel required; SQL a plus).
• Bonus: Located in NYC (Head of Operations is based in NY).
