Quantiiv is a restaurant intelligence platform. We unify fragmented data from multiple POS systems, delivery platforms, and operational tools into a single enterprise cloud data warehouse—then give restaurant brands the AI-powered tools to actually use it. Our product empowers executives to email questions in plain English and get back instant analytics, charts, and strategic recommendations.
Our founding team brings deep restaurant industry experience, including developing pricing optimization models and menu analytic methods proven out in house at Starbucks. We’re a small, fast-moving team where your work directly impacts the trajectory of the company.
The Role
We’re looking for our first client-facing hire—a “five-tool player” who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build something from the ground up. This is not a narrowly scoped role. You’ll work across operations, marketing, client success, sales, and analytics—often in the same week. You’ll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders and have a direct line to the C‑suite executives we serve.
The right person doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, you go solve it. You recognize which fires to put out before anyone else smells smoke. If you want a predictable 9‑to‑5 with a rigid job description, this isn’t it. If you want to grow fast, own real outcomes, and have a clear path to becoming an Account Manager working directly with restaurant CEOs and CFOs, keep reading.
What You’ll Do

- Translate data into clear, compelling narratives that help restaurant executives make better decisions
Client Success
- Facilitate client onboarding process to assure each client’s environment is configured correctly

- Create marketing collateral that speaks the language of restaurant operators using client success stories
- Plan and support industry events and conference participation
- Write and publish macroeconomic and industry trend content (blog posts, LinkedIn, thought leadership)

- Strong analytical thinker who can work with data and tell a story with it
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal—you’ll be in front of CEOs and CFOs regularly
- Genuinely curious about the restaurant industry and how technology can transform operations
