Job summary

Qualitate, a NYC-based AI-native growth platform, seeks a hands-on growth marketer to build and scale our engine across paid, lifecycle, website, and content distribution. You’ll run experiments and optimize for pipeline impact with cross‑functional collaboration.

3+ years in startup growth, analytics fluency (HubSpot, GA4, Data Studio), and a bias for shipping. This role offers equity, health coverage, flexible PTO, and a hybrid in New York City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, marketing, or design at a startup or creative agency.
• Analytics fluency with dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, Data Studio.
• Hands-on channel execution across at least two of paid, email/lifecycle, website/CRO, SEO/content.
• Creative asset production: independently write ad copy and design assets.
• Bias for shipping: prefer launching v1 and iterating.
• Clear, precise communication of campaign plans and recommendations.
• Prior growth experience in technology startups is a plus.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or enterprise B2B marketing.

The Role

Join Qualitate as a hands‑on growth marketer to help us build and scale our growth engine. You’ll turn ideas into experiments across paid, lifecycle, website, content distribution, and other channels.

Success in this role: You’ll quickly develop a deep understanding of our product, brand, clients, and target market, then turn that knowledge into high‑quality campaigns and experiments. You’ll execute against an existing backlog while bringing your own ideas for where and how we can reach prospects more effectively.

This is a hands‑on execution role. You’ll work cross‑functionally across Sales, Design, Engineering, and Research.

What You’ll Own

• Asset creation: Design and write high-quality creative for paid social, landing pages, and more.

• Growth experimentation: Ship a steady cadence of experiments across paid, LinkedIn, X, email, AEO/SEO, and outbound.

• Paid acquisition: Optimize proven channels, test new channels, define audiences, build high-quality creative, manage budgets against pipeline targets.

• Website & conversion: Run landing-page and CRO experiments, improve conversion paths, and partner on our SEO/AEO content program.

• Reporting & analytics: Review performance across campaigns, pulling insights from the data to make decisive recommendations.

Who This Role Is For

• 3+ years in growth, marketing, or design at a startup or creative agency.

• Analytics fluency. Comfortable reading dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, Data Studio, and more to diagnose the why, not just report the what.

• Hands‑on channel execution across at least two of: paid, email/lifecycle, website/CRO, SEO/content.

• Creative asset production. You can independently write ad copy and design a clean static/carousel ad, landing page, and more.

• A bias for shipping. You’d rather launch v1 and iterate than polish forever.

• Clear, precise communication. You can write a clean campaign along and communicate clear recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120-150K depending on experience.

• Bonus: Eligible for cash bonus tied to individual and company performance.
