McKinsey & Company is seeking a creative problem-solver to join a client service team in the United States. You will own a workstream, tackle the toughest client challenges, and drive immediate impact while building lasting capabilities.

You’ll combine research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to uncover true challenges and craft actionable plans that transform strategies and deliver measurable results over time.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science/engineering/data science or related technical field.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Ability to create materials such as PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.
• Willingness to work outside traditional business hours or with short-notice projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Data-driven decision making based on facts and logic.
• Excellent time management in a largely autonomous environment.
• Willingness to travel to varying environments (factories, hospitals, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language(s).

Responsibilities

• Own a workstream within a client service team and tackle challenging client problems.
• Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues to generate insights and actionable plans.
• Combine research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to uncover root causes and drive changes.
• Help clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and transformations across tech and non-tech topics.
