Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks a motivated consultant to own a workstream and tackle challenging client problems. You will engage with influential organizations, from Fortune 500 giants to startups, delivering actionable recommendations that create rapid value and lasting change.

You will blend research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming with colleagues to uncover root issues, develop strategic plans, and help clients implement transformations across technology and business topics.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in computer science/engineering, data science or another engineering/technical field.
Up to 3 years of work experience.
Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs (PowerPoint decks, Excel models, etc.).

Responsibilities

Join a client service team and own a workstream to solve tough client challenges.
Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues to uncover root issues and create actionable plans.
Deliver solutions that drive short-term results and long-term impact across technology and non-technology topics.
