Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science/engineering, data science or another engineering/technical field.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Ability to create work product-focused materials (PowerPoint, Excel models).
• Ability to work or attend meetings outside traditional hours or on short notice.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, able to initiate and complete tasks independently.
• Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logic.
• Exceptional time management in a largely autonomous environment.
• Ability to travel to varying environments that may be challenging.
• Strong communication skills in English and local office language(s).

Responsibilities

• Join a client service team and own a workstream to solve tough challenges for clients.
• Deliver solutions that address immediate problems and drive long-term change.
• Work beyond advisory roles to uncover true client challenges and craft actionable plans.
• Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues using research, data analysis, interviews and brainstorming to generate insights.
