Job summary

McKinsey & Company in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to join a client service team and own a workstream, solving some of the toughest challenges our clients face. You will combine research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and actionable plans that drive lasting transformation.

You will collaborate with clients and colleagues across McKinsey to turn insights into practical recommendations, and help implement changes that sustain impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment with leadership in improvements & change management.
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven track record of leadership and collaboration across teams and levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work with diverse stakeholders.
