Risepoint is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Co-op to join our Marketing & Operations, Strategy & Analytics team. You will partner with analytics to shape the organization using data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

You will collaborate across functions and engage with senior leaders, driving projects that influence decision-making and business growth while gaining exposure to product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Applicants must be active, enrolled students in Spring 2027 to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Structure strategic projects for products, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services.
• Execute end-to-end data analytics: pull/clean data, extract insights, communicate hypotheses to senior stakeholders.
• Design analytical tools, initiatives, and processes to deliver insights to senior leadership and university partners.
• Contribute to Risepoint's AI-first analytics by incorporating Claude and Databricks Genie into workflows with ownership of work product.
• Brainstorm and launch new projects to proactively detect KPIs for university partners.
• Form a deep understanding of Risepoint’s processes, systems/tools, and market ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and drive data-informed decisions.
• You will work closely with a Director, Manager, and Analysts.
