Job summary

Circana is seeking a Spring 2027 Co-op to join our remote analytics team. You will work on POS, FSP, supply chain, and panel syndicated data to generate actionable insights and client-ready storytelling.

As a co-op, you’ll gain industry exposure, mentorship, and hands-on experience delivering measurable business impact while balancing coursework. This role is ideal for a motivated student pursuing analytics or business with a passion for data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or comparable degree in Business Admin, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industries is a plus but not required.
• Experience with various datasets through business applications and manual manipulation.
• Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
• Superior analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• High level of initiative required
• Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent
• Advanced skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with syndicated data is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist and own Business Analysis using Circana data to help the client understand their business issues and opportunities
• Utilize creativity in identifying new techniques and processes to deliver actionable insights to the client.
• Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against client’s business initiatives
• Work cross functionally within the Circana client team
• Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing.
• Ensure elevated level of data quality and data issue resolution for all deliverables.
• Lead client category teams data questions and issue, working closely with the Circana team
