Job summary

Repligen Corp is seeking a Strategy Analyst/Associate to support the annual strategic planning process and critical initiatives across business units globally. The role will contribute to inorganic activities, including M&A and equity investments, and partner with R&D, commercial, and operations teams to drive strategic impact.

The position requires a STEM degree and 2–3 years in strategy, with strong analytical, communication, and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy in pharma/biotech/medical devices/life sciences.
• Bioprocessing experience desirable but not required.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and data-driven approach.
• Experience in primary market research and synthesis.
• Proficiency with secondary market research and competitive intelligence.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; AI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to evaluate growth opportunities.
• Perform primary market research to inform strategy and product planning.
• Gather insights for competitive/market intelligence.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and strategic options.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic projects including M&A.
• Assist in planning/execution of strategic projects across functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and drive execution of plans.
• Support due diligence with primary/secondary research and synthesis.
