KPMG LLP is hiring an Advisory Senior Associate in Los Angeles to support clients across M&A and performance transformation initiatives. You will lead problem formulation, build and present deliverables, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives.

The role requires MBA and 3+ years of analytical experience, with strong Excel, AI tooling, and communication skills. You may travel to client sites and work on-site or remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• MBA in a relevant field or equivalent with strong academic performance.
• Minimum three years in business, consulting, M&A, or related analytical work.
• Strong Excel and data-driven problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in end-to-end M&A and Performance Transformation initiatives.
• Interface with client executives up to C-Level; lead problem formuation and structuring.
• Develop and present final client deliverables; advise to become a trusted advisor.
• Generate hypotheses from client data and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Conduct company, market, customer, and competitor analyses from primary/secondary sources.
• Design financial models to evaluate performance and implications.
• Communicate findings and key implications to clients.
• Review team work and provide guidance and training as needed.
