Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree as listed; GPA 3.0+ required
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment
• Ability to leverage MS Office and AI tools in client work
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills
• Must reside within commutable distance to the office and be able to travel as needed
• Work location may be office, client sites, or virtual/remote; U.S. work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives focusing on business processes, org structure, customer experience and technology & data transformation
• Use AI and cloud trends to drive data-driven decisions and new business strategies
• Develop proposals, market research and industry trend analysis for leadership
• Contribute to thought leadership, service offering development and client project delivery
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations across financial services, procurement, supply chain, and operations
• Assist with project risk tracking, status reports, and client presentations with high-quality deliverables
• Participate in design, data strategy, development and testing of modern digital solutions using leading vendors and RPA
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions
