Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of partnership or business development experience.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial deals and create value.
- Experience negotiating product and distribution partnerships, esp. in retail banking.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships for the Business Bank
- Collaborate with finance, legal and other functional partners to develop business cases and deal constructs and ensure compliance of deal control process
- Provide updates to senior executives on deal work
- Maintain strong connectivity with other partnership teams
- Monitor external environment for competitive developments and potential partnership opportunities and share perspectives with key line of business partners
