Job summary

WPP is seeking a senior Workplace Services representative to lead client-side governance for an assigned portfolio. You will translate business priorities into workplace requirements and oversee outsourced providers to deliver on WPP standards and financial objectives.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Security and Global REWS teams to drive performance, risk management and continuous improvement across both campus and non-campus locations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in corporate workplace, CRE or outsourced-service governance.
• Bachelor's degree or related certifications desirable.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen for budgeting & governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as REWS relationship lead for assigned businesses and stakeholders.
• Align workplace services with strategy, space planning and portfolio goals.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts with Finance; manage spend vs. priorities.
• Ensure outsourced providers meet SLAs/KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Govern risk, HSSE, and business continuity in the portfolio.
