WPP is seeking a senior Workplace Services representative to oversee stakeholder relationships, workplace outcomes and financial stewardship across an assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with WPP and REWS standards. You translate business priorities into workplace requirements, govern outsourced service providers, and drive continuous improvement using workforce data, risk and incident governance, and performance metrics.

This onsite role resides at major campus locations.

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate workplace, CRE, workplace experience or outsourced-service governance within a complex global organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as REWS relationship lead for assigned businesses and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into workplace requirements and ensure outsourced providers deliver against WPP standards, financial objectives and contractual commitments.
• Oversee space planning activities and portfolio optimization to support effective workplace outcomes.
• Hold providers accountable for SLAs/KPIs, budgets and performance, with timely corrective action.
• Manage governance, risk, and incident handling across the assigned portfolio to ensure compliance.
