You will translate business priorities into workplace requirements, manage budgets, govern service providers, and drive risk, HSSE, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. This onsite role offers global impact within a leading creative and tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in corporate workplace, CRE, or outsourced-service governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field; professional certifications desirable.
• Experience as an intelligent client within outsourced FM and governance of service partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead REWS relationship with assigned businesses and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into workplace requirements and outcomes.
• Oversee budget development, forecasts and spend alignment.
• Govern outsourced providers against SLAs, KPIs and contracts.
• Ensure risk, governance and operational excellence in portfolio.
• Manage HSSE compliance and business continuity in portfolio.
