Job summary

WPP seeks an experienced senior Workplace Services representative to manage stakeholder relationships, translate business needs into workplace requirements and oversee governance across an assigned portfolio.

You will partner with finance, HR, security and procurement to ensure compliance with WPP standards while optimizing space, costs and service quality. This onsite role focuses on major campus locations within the NY region.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in corporate workplace or outsourced governance.
• Experience operating as an intelligent client in an outsourced facilities management environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Understanding of HSSE regulations and best practices.
• Experience leading complex workplace transformation initiatives across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary REWS relationship lead for assigned businesses and senior stakeholders, translating business priorities and employee needs into workplace requirements and outcomes.
• Translate business priorities into workplace requirements and ensure outsourced service providers deliver against WPP standards, financial objectives and contractual commitments.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the assigned portfolio, monitoring variances and savings opportunities.
• Govern outsourced providers against contractual commitments, SLAs/KPIs, financial targets and service outcomes.
• Lead risk and operational governance, ensuring compliance with standards and timely resolution of issues across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with HR, Security and Procurement to support employee well-being, safety and delivery of contracted outcomes.
