Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, facilities management, real estate or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, workplace strategy, facilities management, or analytics.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to shape priorities and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Strategic mindset linking operations to broader business objectives and future needs.
• Experience creating executive presentations and strategic communications (business cases, updates).
• Advanced expertise in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel).
• Familiarity with governance, OKRs, RAPID, and RACI; budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable executive insights and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, KPIs for space utilization and performance.
• Lead complex workplace programs with clear ownership and milestones.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Finance, HR, IT, Security and partners across regions.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks for data quality and accountability.
