Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, workplace strategy, facilities management, or related field.
• Proven experience partnering with senior executives to shape priorities and drive initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and storytelling skills with data.
• Strong strategic mindset connecting operations to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Workplace Resources leadership to evaluate business challenges and develop strategic recommendations.
• Translate operational data into actionable executive insights and narratives.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, business cases, and leadership communications.
• Lead complex workplace and facilities programs with defined ownership and timelines.
• Establish governance, decision rights, and accountability frameworks.
