Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to oversee corporate workplace environments across the Americas. You will coordinate capital and workplace projects, leverage data and AI-enabled tools to streamline requests, and collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure smooth transitions.

With 2+ years in related fields and a Bachelor's degree, you will help manage budgets, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, facilities operations, construction project coordination, program management, or a related field, with exposure to space planning or capital project delivery.
• Experience using enterprise workflow, facilities, or project management tools to manage operational requests and improve processes; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience tracking project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, schedules, or vendor deliverables with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Capital & Workplace Projects across Americas sites, managing workflows, deliverables, and schedules.
• Improve workplace workflows using ServiceNow and data-driven tools to streamline requests and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional and vendor activities with IT, Security, EHS, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IFM partners.
• Track budgets, purchase orders, and schedules; support POEs and employee feedback programs to improve service quality.
• Maintain clear project documentation, surface risks early, and work with leadership to resolve issues.
