Job summary

Everpure in Chicago and Santa Clara seeks a Workplace Program Manager to support corporate workplace environments across Americas, working with REWSS leadership and IFM providers to translate space and operational needs into seamless office experiences.

You will combine hands-on project coordination with data-driven problem solving to drive efficient, predictable workplace initiatives and expand your corporate real-estate expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, facilities operations, or related field, with space planning exposure.
• Experience using enterprise workflow or project management tools; ServiceNow a plus.
• Experience tracking project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor deliverables with attention to detail.
• Ability to build productive working relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Education or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital and workplace projects across Americas sites, managing workflows, deliverables, and schedules.
• Improve workflows using ServiceNow and data-enabled tools to streamline requests and service delivery.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, EHS, Finance, HR, Procurement and IFM partners on dependencies and seating/space planning.
• Track budgets, schedules, vendor deliverables, and PO activity; support POEs and employee feedback.
• Identify risks, maintain project docs, and escalate issues with stakeholders.
