Job summary

AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is seeking a Senior Workplace Finance & Project Coordinator for our Morristown office. The role drives financial transparency, governance, and reporting across real estate, workplace transformation, and operations initiatives in the Americas.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Workplace, and business stakeholders to manage budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and documentation while supporting the Morristown office as it undergoes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in business/finance/real estate or related field.
Moderate professional experience in finance coordination, project coordination, or operations.
Experience supporting budgets, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate budgets and forecasts for Workplace operating and capex.
Prepare financial dashboards, presentations, and executive reporting.
Maintain project schedules, documentation, and governance materials.
Support Morristown office operations and workplace transformation planning.
