Job summary

AXA XL in Morristown, NJ, seeks a Senior Workplace Finance & Project Coordinator who will support financial management, governance, reporting, and delivery of Workplace initiatives across the Americas. You’ll partner with Workplace leadership to drive financial transparency and accountability across real estate, workplace transformation, and office operations projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Moderate experience in finance coordination, project coordination, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and forecasting for Workplace operating and capex.
• Maintain budget tracking tools and monitor actual vs forecasted spend.
• Prepare financial dashboards and executive reporting materials.
• Coordinate project schedules, logs, and governance documentation.
• Assist with vendor communications and reporting for Workplace initiatives.
• Provide light Morristown office support as needed.
