Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Working Capital Manager in Atlanta, GA for an on-site, permanent role. You will lead a team focusing on improving cash flow, reducing aged receivables, and strengthening billing processes while driving workingcapital performance.

The role offers visibility with senior leadership and opportunities to grow into Treasury leadership. Ideal candidates bring AR/Billing/Revenue Operations background, strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills, and a proven ability to influence

Qualifications

• Experience leading AR, Billing, Working Capital, Revenue Operations, or Treasury-related functions
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI experience preferred
• Experience improving DSO, collections performance, or working capital metrics
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in service-based, project-based, engineering, or infrastructure environments is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on improving cash flow, reducing aged receivables, strengthening billing processes, and driving working capital performance
• Build executive-level reporting and dashboards communicating key metrics and insights
• Collaborate with Operational Leadership, Project Managers, and Finance to drive process improvements
